Purpose built and opened in June 2022, Farm Springs Cattery has been created with your cat's comfort, wellbeing and security in mind.

It's so easy to find us and get to us - 2 minutes from the M4, and hidden away behind our family home.

With full length windows placed along the front of the cattery they can enjoy staring across the fields and even watch our free range hens wander past the windows.

We are fully licensed by Carmarthenshire County Council and work closely with their animal health team. We are also recommended and approved by Mr Brian Cotter of Emerald Vets Practice in Tumble.

Each of our spacious chalets has been built to be big enough for up to four cats, so there's plenty of room for your cat to relax and roam.

Each of our chalets is divided into two areas with a very spacious exercise area at the front and a sleeping area at the rear.

In the roomy sleeping area we have two shelves at different heights for your cats to climb on, under and between.

Each exercise area has lots of different stimulus to keep your cat busy! These include a 5 level cat tower which includes a cat hammock, extra large cat cave, various scratch posts, sunning shelves, ping pong and other plastic balls as well as numerous carpeted areas to enjoy. And we can always add to this list, so open to suggestions!

We understand not all cats are comfortable using cat flaps so we have created an extra entrance for your cat which has its own unique handmade sign and hand sewn curtain.

Our cattery roof has been built with polycarbonate panels included to help keep the heat in during the summer and the cold out in the winter.

We also use ThermoPro technology to monitor the temperature inside the chalets, with notifications sent to us to let us know if your cat's chalet needs warming or cooling.

All of our chalets are also fully insulated as well as generously furnished with a choice of beds for that extra cosy touch.

Farm Springs Cattery is situated in the two acres of gardens we have around our family home.

With a few free range hens, pets and five children of our own, we are never far away, so you can rest easy knowing that we are always on hand for our special guests.

Our custom built full-length, extra wide opening windows allow your cats to enjoy the sights, sounds and smells of the pretty countryside and wildife in front of them, while remaining fully secure in their chalets. These escape-proof windows also allow for a gentle breeze to blow through the cattery when the weather is warmer.

In the very unlikely event that your cat becomes unwell while staying with us, rest assured that we're fully insured, with access to 24 hour a day veterinary care and advice.

Our purpose built isolation facilities are just as comfortable and spacious as the rest of our chalets, so your cat would still enjoy those comforts, even if they're feeling a bit under the weather.

Our vet, Mr Brian Cotter, and his excellent team at Emerald Vets are only a short ride away.

Keeping our cats and our cattery infection and virus free is of utmost importance to us. Therefore it is vital that your cat/s are up to date with their vaccinations and that proof of vaccinations is given when checking your cat in with us.

We believe that what's just as important as the place that your cat stays, is the people taking care of them. We are a family run cattery who are totally hands on. You can leave your cat with us knowing that they are in safe and caring hands. We take care of your cat as if it is our own, keeping you updated with photos, videos and messages to keep your mind at ease.
