HOW DOES THE PRICING WORK?

The price we charge you is per day rather than per night. So when you drop your cat off with us, your cat has started the first day's charge.

HOW DOES PICKING UP AND DROPPING OFF WORK?

We will allocate you a convenient time slot for both your pick up and drop off. Arrive as near to allocated time as possible so that we can do an unhurried handover.

WHO SUPPLIES THE FOOD WHILE MY CAT IS STAYING WITH YOU?

We want your cat to feel as comfortable as possible while with us so we ask that you bring your cat's food with them when they stay with us.

WHAT IF MY CAT GETS SICK?

We have a specific isolation bay built into our cattery meaning we can keep your cat safe until we get the right veterinary help for him/her.
